The attractive kitchen has been recently custom built to a high standard and includes a welsh dresser, oak worktops, Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher.  The upstairs landing leads to a double and single bedroom, all newly decorated as has all the property.  Also off the landing is the bathroom which has been recently renovated and includes a bath and stand alone shower.

To the rear of the cottage is a pretty south facing, gravelled courtyard with outhouse, the latter housing the washing machine/dryer.

Apart from the wood burning stove, heating is provided by new night storage heaters in the lounge and bedrooms.  The bathroom has an independent electric radiator.  There is no house phone but it is usually possible to gain reception from a mobile phone.

There is off road parking for one car beyond the cottage 20 metres up the lane.  There is also on road parking available opposite the cottage.

All linen and one bag of logs are provided free of charge.  A travel cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on request, for a small additional charge per animal.

Unfortunately smoking is prohibited within the cottage.

Honeysuckle Cottage has a wealth of character.  Downstairs the stone walled lounge has an exposed beamed ceiling and a wood burning stove.  It is furnished to a wonderfully high standard and includes some antique pieces.  On the ground floor is the lounge/dining area with a colour television, video/DVD and CD/radio player.  There are a range of good books, videos, CDs and games provided.
